Refund policy

Refund Policy:

All products at The Print Standard are made to order and personalised to your specifications. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on customised items unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was approved at checkout.

If your order arrives with a print defect or manufacturing fault, please contact us at hello@theprintstandard.co within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will assess and arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed and sent to production.
